Terms &
Conditions.
Transparency in partnership. This document outlines the standards and conditions under which Nefilon deploys its logistical infrastructure and expertise.
The Logistics Standard.
To ensure maximum reliability and legal certainty, Nefilon operates under globally recognized industry standards for transport, warehousing, and freight forwarding.
Freight Forwarding & Storage
All forwarding and logistics services are governed by the FENEX (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics) conditions.
Road Transport
Domestic road transport is subject to AVC conditions, while international carriage is governed by the CMR Convention.
Operational Core Principles
All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Rates are subject to current market fluctuations and operational cost factors at the time of execution.
Standard payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise negotiated. Nefilon maintains a strict right of retention on all goods under our management.
Liability is strictly limited to the international standards defined by the applicable industry conditions (FENEX/AVC/CMR).
Certainty in Execution.
Logistics is a high-performance business dependent on external variables. We provide clear frameworks for exceptional circumstances to ensure business continuity.
Force Majeure
Unforeseeable events (weather, strikes, blockades) exempt Nefilon from performance obligations without liability for damages.
Cargo Insurance
We strongly advise clients to maintain comprehensive cargo insurance for full-value coverage beyond standard liability limits.
Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Dispute resolution shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of the Netherlands.
